Our Performances

Currently we have nine full time dancers plus two new members. Most of the original members play various musical instruments ranging from melodeons, concertinas, guitar, fiddle and banjo all accompanied by a variety of percussive sounds.

Horsham Black Dragon Morris strive to offer entertainment that is suitable and appealing to all ages. On regular occasions we include a broom dance, solo jigs and often follow our dance displays with folk music sessions.

On the very rarest of occasions you may catch a glimpse of our most highly elusive member, Ethel. Representing the 'Spirit of the Morris' we still await photographic evidence that Ethel actually exists, however the Black Dragons know she is always there, somewhere, readily leading us in and out of the complexities of the English Morris.
